The Monobloc yoke-lock design reduces cost in manufacturing and provides a quick operation meeting the need for high productivity and low cost pressure testing. The fully automated pressure vessels allows you to test products in a safe and cost effective operation.

Optimes’s pressure vessels can be configured with all control levels from manual operations to fully automated test sequences with its proprietary developed software (cSW). Pre defined test sequences includes pressure, temperature, change rates and hold times. Custom measuring equipment can be added to test sequence to automate and document the complete test. Active temperature control with both heating and cooling are available.

Optime’s HTS control system allows your customer to witness testing remotely by VPN client. Standard test certificate’s generated after completion. Optime also delivers its control system as a separate unit, possible to retrofit to any existent pressure vessel. For each system an extensive in house analysis provides a guarantee towards implosion events reducing the life of field of the vessel.

Optime can provide any size vessel and pressure, both ASME and PED certified. The certified and experienced installation operators will provide training, as well as support in any long lasting maintenance plan.
